Beautiful and rare Louis Desarmeaux “DO” pocket petrol lighter, made in Saint-Étienne, France circa 1931–1932 (Art Deco). Finely crafted in brass with original chrome plating and crisp engine-turned linear decoration, this is the second model featuring the patented piston-driven mechanism and a security screw lock. Excellent original condition with no repairs and properly tested. Weight 51.60 grams (33.10 dwt); 51 x 47 x 12 mm (1.97 x 1.65 x 0.60 inches).
