Set with 395 natural gemstones: four marquise diamonds in bezels totaling approx. 2.55 ctw, 330 European-cut round diamonds in millegrain French settings totaling approx. 14.60 ctw (F color, VS clarity), and 61 graduated rectangular step-cut vivid blue sapphires in French box settings totaling approx. 8.96 ctw—calibrated, perfectly matched, and stated as unheated/untreated with no replacements. Fitted with a concealed double push-lock, hinge plaque snap, and safety chain with spring ring. Weight 56.2 grams; length 7 in (17.75cm); width 19.2mm.
