A very rare pair of clip earrings created in New York City in 1977 by Ralph Lauren for Tiffany Studios, crafted in solid 18K yellow gold with a high-polish finish and crisp, architectural presence. The geometric design features a horizontal inlay of natural black jade and rich brick-red carnelian, creating a bold, graphic color contrast. Fitted with omega backs for secure clip wear (posts for pierced ears can be added if desired), the earrings weigh 11.9 grams and measure 20 x 15mm. Stamped with maker’s marks and signed “T&CO 18KT,” they are accompanied by a presentation jewelry box and supported by literature reference: Tiffany Blue Book 1977–1978, p. 43 (similar examples). Excellent condition with minimal wear and all inlay elements secure.
