Modernist pendant from Arezzo, Italy, late 1970s–1980s, crafted in solid 18K yellow gold by Fratelli Terziani. Designed with a classical Roman-inspired motif (Constantine the Great theme) and accented with two bezel-set round cabochon vivid blue sapphires totaling approx. 0.30 ctw. Weight 13.70 grams; measures 38 x 28mm. Stamped with Italian registry/assay marks including *103AR and signed “FRATELLI TERZIANI .750 18KT”.
