Very rare archaeological pre?Columbian Chiriki culture condor pendant, Costa Rica/Panama region, circa AD 800–1450, cast by the lost?wax method in solid tumbaga gold. Modeled as a condor with wings spread, and thoughtfully adapted with a removable pendant fitting designed not to compromise the integrity of the ancient work. Weight 15.95 grams; measures 51 x 50 x 20mm. Electronically tested for gold.

Condition

Very good conditions. All our diamonds and colored gemstones are naturally earth-mined. Any synthetic (lab-grown) stones will be clearly indicated in the description. Upon Request, Auction House may provide an appraisal. This will carry an additional cost. Appraisals are made by our in house GIA certified Gemologist.
