Centered with a bezel-set rectangular step-cut translucent blue sapphire (8 x 10 x 6mm; 5.08 ct) and framed by 40 round brilliant diamonds totaling approx. 0.80 ctw (E/F color, VS2 clarity). Weight 12.4g; size 5 (sizable); top measures 16 x 15mm and rises 9mm. Stamped with Loree Rodkin maker’s mark and 18K gold assay marks. Very good conditions.
