Nice Art Nouvea Pendant crafted in textured 18k yellow Gold and amethyst with details in black enamel, set with a center Old mine Diamond Approx. 0.20 carats. Surrounded by 8 micro pearls. Pendant diameter: 1.30 inches. Total weight: 11.4 grams.
