Pair of Studs crafted in 18k yellow Gold, set with 2 oval faceted gem quality Rubies (5x4mm each), weighing Approx. 1.05 Carats. Surrounded by 24 Round-cut Diamonds weighing Approx. 0.50 carats total weight. Measurements: 0.4 x 0.35 inches. / 10.2 mm x 8.6 mm. Total weight: 3.4 grams. Stamp: "18k".
