Very rare and highly decorated dangle drops earrings, created in Rome Italy during the Victorian and Grand Tour Era (1837-1901), circa 1850-1860. These fabulous dangle earrings has been carefully crafted details in solid yellow gold of 18 karats with an exceptional craftsmanship depicting Roman revival patterns with textured finish.
Embellished with applications of black and white enamel. The four main panels are paint with the figures of Roman emperors, such; TRAJAN, HADRIEN, JULIUS and AUGUSTO.
Gemstones: Accented with 16 natural round white pearls graduated from 1 to 2 mm,

Hallmarks: No marks, tested for 18kt yellow gold.
