The entire dome is mounted with natural gemstones, with a combined weight of 13.35 carats. described as follow; 16 round brilliant cut Diamonds, 4.15 carats, H/I color, VS/SI clarity. 9 round cabochons cut (5 mm) of Burmese vivid red ruby, 4.70 carats. 9 round cabochons cut (4.5 mm) of Colombian green emeralds, 4.50 carats. Have a weight of 21.95 grams and the actual size is 4.5, can be easily sized. The top view measures are 22 mm by 28 mm and raise 13 mm over the finger. Excellent conditions.
