These sculptural pair of clips-earrings are extremely rare and just a few produced. They was designed by Elsa Peretti for the Tiffany studios, circa late 1970's. They have been manufactured in solid yellow gold of 18 karats, with high polished finish. Suited at the reverse with very comfortable hinged omega backs for fastening clips and the posts option for pierced ears can be easily added. They are designed as an asymmetric pair, left and right and mounted with a pair of natural translucent clear rock quartz, carved in the shape of lilies. They have a combined weight of 17.4 grams and a measurements of 30 mm by 17.5mm (0.69 x 1.18 inches). Stamped, with the maker and designer's mark, the gold assay hallmark, the unique serial numbers and signed in full, "TIFFANY & CO. PERETTI 18KT 3778". Excellent conditions.
