This sculptural cuff is one of the most iconic designs created by Elsa Peretti for Tiffany & Co. and from the 20th century jewelry designs. This cuff was originally conceived in 1976 and was carefully made with bold craftsmanship in solid .925/1000 sterling silver with high polished finish.
