Very beautiful and rare pair of clips-on earrings, created by Angela Cummings for the Tiffany & Co., back 1980. This pair has been crafted with octagonal shapes in solid yellow gold of 18 karats with high polish finish.
Gemstones: Mounted in bezel settings, with 2 flat beveled octagonal cabochons cut, carved from natural black onyx with an estimate weight of about 16 carats.
Weight: 17.95 Grams, (11.51 Dwt). Measurements: 25.5 mm by 21 mm (1.01 x 0.83 Inch). Hallmarks: They are both stamped with the maker's mark, the mark for the assay of the gold, the date of production, the four-digits serial numbers and signed, "©T&CO. 18KT 1980 9920".
