Cocktail Ring crafted in 18k yellow Gold set with a center Natural Cabochon Sapphire Approx. 4.75 cts. Surrounded by Old Mine Diamonds weighing Approx. 1.14 carats. J/K color, SI2 clarity. Stamped: "18k". Ring size: 7.5. Top measurements: 0.6 x 0.5 inches. Weight: 5.5 grams.
