ROYAL COPENHAGEN Nils Thorsson Abstract Vase from 1960, weighing 834.5 grams and crafted in green glazed faience porcelain with abstract patterns by renowned Danish ceramist Nils Thorsson. Measuring 223mm x 76mm x 76mm (8.75" x 3" x 3"), hallmarked "ROYAL COPENHAGEN DENMARK 3259 FAIANCE 712 SL 3259" with Danish maker's marks. Featured in Victoria & Albert Museum exhibition catalogue "Scandinavian Ceramics and Glass in the Twentieth Century" (1989), showcasing exceptional mid-century Danish design for discerning collectors.

Condition

The overall condition of this Royal Copenhagen vase by Nils Thorson is excellent. Besides the little normal wear, there is no damage and all parts are secured in the settings.
