Solid 18k gold Patek Philippe Chronometro Gondolo open face pocket watch. Circa 1910s. with original box. Gorgeous Patek Philippe signed white enamel dial, black Roman numeral hour markers, gilt minute and hour hands, subdial second. 18k solid gold case measures 56mm, engraved interior caseback, case no 257229. Weight:129.3 grams.
