OSCAR HEYMAN 1960’s platinum sapphire & diamond brooch, designed as a vibrant, dimensional cluster with richly saturated sapphires and a striking mix of diamond cuts for bold, high-jewelry impact. Set with 14 sapphires totaling 14.08 cts, complemented by 19 diamonds totaling 6.70 cts, graded E–G color with VVS–VS clarity for exceptional brilliance and contrast. Measuring 1.5 inches in length and weighing 19.9 grams, this is a substantial, collector-grade jewel with outstanding presence. Accompanied by copies of the original Oscar Heyman design sketch and the original Oscar Heyman inventory card for the brooch (see photos), adding rare provenance and serious desirability.

Condition

Very good conditions. All our diamonds and colored gemstones are naturally earth-mined. Any synthetic (lab-grown) stones will be clearly indicated in the description. Upon Request, Auction House may provide an appraisal. This will carry an additional cost. Appraisals are made by our in house GIA certified Gemologist.

Winbids Auctions manage their own shippings, UPS & Fedex. Once buyer receives invoice it will be presented with the shipping cost. If buyer chooses to pay, the auction house will arrange the shipping with a 2-day delivery insured package.
