Designed as a lifelike five-petal flower with 18 pistils and a ladybug accent, richly decorated with hot enamel in opalescent bluish white, vivid red, and black. Center set with a six-prong old European-cut round diamond (0.60 ct, E/F color, VS2) and further accented along the petal contours with 59 old European rose-cut diamonds totaling 0.90 ctw (F/G color, VS/SI).
