Magnificent late 19th-century brooch by Meyle & Mayer, Pforzheim, Germany, crafted in solid 18K yellow gold with Etruscan revival motifs. Features a central .900 silver panel with vivid multicolor polychrome guilloché enamel depicting an ancient Etruscan queen adorned with Elizabethan ropes, gold jewelry, and a richly decorated diadem crown. Measures 36 mm diameter (1.41 in), weighing 13.55 grams. Fitted with hinged pin bar and security hook lock; wearable as a brooch or pendant. Stamped with maker’s mark, gold assay, and signed “MM .900 18ct.” The condition of this piece is very good.
