An antique Italian piece, circa 1850 in the renaissance shape of the coat of arms of the Medici family. It was crafted in three-dimensions in solid 18 karats of textured yellow gold and suited with a hinged horizontal pin bar with a twisted lock.

Stamped, with the maker's cartouche and the gold assay hallmarks, "K18".
