This rare bracelet by renowned Catalonian jeweler Lluís Masriera, Barcelona, circa 1910-15, features solid 18K yellow gold with platinum accents, masterfully embellished with glass enamels in the difficult plique-à-jour technique, decorated with sculpted princess bust, winged beasts, dragons and griffins representing the Noucentista artistic movement, set with one natural blue sapphire (round faceted, approximately 1.15 carats) and nine European rose-cut diamonds (approximately 0.09 carats), weighing 67.96 grams (43.56 dwt.) and measuring 31mm width (1.22 inches), fits wrist up to 7.85 inches (20cm). Fitted with concealed three-barrel hinge, push-box lock and safety clasp, stamped with Catalonian Bat mark—a rare example of Catalan Art Nouveau enamel jewelry craftsmanship.
