A modernist three-dimensional geometric cocktail ring by La Triomphe, designed in New York City circa early 1970s and crafted in solid 18K yellow gold with a high-polish finish. The bold top features two rectangular carved elements (15 x 7 x 5mm each)—one of natural black onyx, one of pink salmon coral—totaling approximately 12 carats, accented between by five calibrated round brilliant-cut diamonds totaling approximately 0.25 carat (F/G color, VS2 clarity) for crisp contrast. The ring weighs 14.9 grams, is currently size 5.5 (sizable), measures 20 x 18mm in top view, and rises 9mm off the finger. Stamped with the Arc de Triomphe maker's mark and signed "La Triomphe 18kt," it is accompanied by a presentation jewelry box and remains in excellent condition with all gemstones secure. La Triomphe was a celebrated collection by The Astoria Jewelry Company (Long Island, NY; trademark established 1965), renowned for bold retro designs and colorful gemstone cocktail jewelry—now highly collectible worldwide.
