The central drop mount is bezel set with a pear cabochon natural blue sapphire (12 x 7mm; 4.55 ct) and accented with 46 round brilliant diamonds totaling 1.05 ctw (G color, VS2 clarity). Weight 136.7g; length 18" (45cm); main drop measures 56 x 52mm. Stamped with maker’s mark, gold assay hallmarks, and signed “18 KT .750 ITALY”. Very good conditions.
