This oversized cocktail ring, created in Italy circa 1960s, features a striking design with twisted wires in solid 18k yellow gold, accented by white gold for the diamond settings.
It is adorned with 29 European round cut diamonds totaling 0.35 carats (G/H color, SI-1 clarity), set with a millegrain finish. Weighing 22.8 grams, the ring is size 8 (resizable) and has a top view diameter of 35 mm (1.38 inches), rising 15 mm above the finger. It is stamped with the Italian gold assay hallmark, "18 KT."
