Mounted into bezels with natural gemstones; four fancy faceted cut of translucent clear rock quartz with a total weight of about 42.5 carats and two round brilliant cut of translucent London blue topaz of about 2 carats total. They have a combined weight of 25.2 Grams and a measurements of 51 mm by 17 mm (2 x 0.67 Inches). Stamped with the maker's mark and the hallmark for the assay of the 18kt gold. Very good conditions.
