Sculptural high rise piece, created in Milano Italy during the mid-century period, back in the 1960's. This unusual cocktail ring has been crafted in solid yellow gold of 18 karats with highly textured finish. Embellished, with a fancy fluted cabochon cut (10 x 22 x 16 mm), carved from natural Sardinian reddish coral of about 23 carats. Accented around, with a micro pave setting of 40 round brilliant cut diamonds, 0.50 carats, F/G color, VS/SI clarity. Has a total weight of 14.95 Grams and the actual size is 7, sizeable. The top view measurements are 25mm by 13mm and raise 19mm over the finger. Stamped, with the maker's mark and the gold assay hallmark, "18k". Good conditions.
