Modernist French retro piece, created in Paris, circa late 1960's early 1970's. This is a real one of a kind necklace choker, crafted in solid 18karats of textured yellow Gold. The design is composed by three rigids and articulated flat wires, with 3 graduated hinged elements hanging. It is suited, with a push lock and a figure 8 for extra security.
The drop elements are mounted with 3 gradated oval cuts cabochons of natural blue sodalite, with a combined weight of 22.5 carats.
Have a total weight of 45.95 grams and a circumference of 14.5 inches (37 Cm).
The width of the flat wire is 6 mm and the elements, have a drop measure of 46 mm (1.78 inches).
Stamped with nice French hallmarks and is accompanied by the designer's jewelry leather box. Excellent conditions. Upon Request, Auction House may provide an appraisal. This will carry an additional cost. Appraisals are made by our in house GIA certified Gemologist.
