Exceptional pair of Monetta earrings meticulously crafted in 18kt yellow gold by a distinguished American Jewelry house, stamped "DoS." Each earring features two silver coins, elegantly accented with sixty round-cut diamonds totaling approximately 0.65 carats (H color), and ten square-cut rubies weighing a combined 1.10 carats. Stamped "D0S, 750, USA, C.G 21 Q," this pair measures 1.15 x 1.00 inches and weighs a substantial 34.20 grams, making it a collector-worthy addition that exemplifies refined craftsmanship and rarity.
