Highly collectible convertible clip-on earrings by Guillemin & Soulaine (Ste. G et S), Paris, circa 1970s, crafted in solid 18K yellow gold with platinum accents for the diamond settings. Set with 40 diamonds: 28 graduated round brilliants in pavé totaling 0.45 ctw (E/F color, VVS1) plus 12 tapered baguettes totaling approx. 0.98 ctw (F color, VS1), for approx. 1.43 ctw total. Fitted with hinged French omega clip backs and sliding wires for conversion; posts can be added for pierced wear. Weight 20.4 grams; measures 34 x 15mm. French hallmarks (eagle for gold, dog for platinum) and signed “G. SOULAINE OR .750 PT”.

Very good conditions. All our diamonds and colored gemstones are naturally earth-mined. Any synthetic (lab-grown) stones will be clearly indicated in the description. Upon Request, Auction House may provide an appraisal. This will carry an additional cost. Appraisals are made by our in house GIA certified Gemologist.
