Set with 119 pavé natural vivid red Burmese rubies (approx. 8.35 ct). Fitted with a concealed three-barrel hinge, snap closure, and top ring for chain wear. Measures 28 x 28 x 35 mm (1.10 x 1.10 x 1.38 in), weighing 19.70 grams. Stamped with Italian marks, maker’s registry, gold assay, and signed “GUCCI .750 18K ITALY.” Very good conditions.
