Centered with a natural Ceylon star sapphire cabochon in four prongs (12.59 x 10.62 x 9.80mm; 14.56 ct), accompanied by a GIA report stating Sri Lanka origin and no heat/no treatment (Report 6462420959, dated March 12, 2023). Accented with nine pear-shaped diamonds in four-prong settings totaling 0.84 ctw (F/G color, VS clarity). Weight 17.3g; size 5.75 (sizable); measures 26 x 20mm and rises 13mm.
