An outstanding pair of antique cufflinks made in Germany during the Art Nouveau period, back in the 1900. These cufflinks have been crafted with free shapes in solid yellow gold of 18 karats. The design depicts the standing figures of two women embracing a heavenly mantle with diamonds. The surface is embellished with applications of opalescence glass enamel.
Diamonds: Mounted in flush settings, with 14 European rose cut diamonds, 0.28 carats, G/H color, SI clarity.
Weight: 13.45 Grams, (8.65 Dwt). Measurements: 21 mm by 13 mm by 22 mm (0.83 x 0.52 x 0.87 Inches). Hallmarks: Stamped with German marks; the maker's mark inside a squared cartouche and the mark for the assay of the 18kt gold, "18".
Good antique conditions. Upon Request, Auction House may provide an appraisal. This will carry an additional cost. Appraisals are made by our in house GIA certified Gemologist.
