Adorned with 218 old European rose-cut diamonds (2.30 ct) in flat inlaid settings. Features a delicate painted scene of a newborn baby with a pigeon, likely a memento gift. Measures 39 x 60 mm (1.54 x 2.36 in), weighing 26.45 grams. Fitted with hinged door, glass, snap closure, and concealed bale for necklace wear. Very good conditions.
