Beautiful and very chic piece. Circa 1960's. Crafted in solid yellow Gold of 18karats and embellished with two carvings of natural black coral. It is suited with a discrete round boxed push lock and a hinged safety figure 8 for extra security.
The design is made up of two feline heads, which look at each other and are holding a Diamond ring with their jaws. The eyes are mounted with 4 natural red rubies (.06 Cts) and the heads are decorated with applications of black hot enamel.
The center circled part is mounted in full, with a beautiful setting of 10 round brilliant cut Diamonds with a combined weight of 0.80 carats, F/G color, VS-2 clarity.
Has a total weight of 17.6 Grams and fit a wrist up to 7 Inches (17.75 Cm). The measure at the widest part is 15mm (o.60 Inches).
Stamped, with French hallmarks, the eagle's head for the assay and guaranty of the Gold, the maker's maitre cartouche GF for Gay Freres and signed, "GF FRANCE .750 18KT".
