Centered with a spectacular marquise-cut Brazilian vivid blue aquamarine in eight prongs (26 x 15 x 12mm; 22.51 ct) and pavé set with 286 calibrated round brilliant diamonds totaling 4.26 ctw (F color, VS2 clarity) for intense, all-over sparkle.
