A beautiful highly sculpted ring from the bestiary collection of the famed Italian jeweler and designer, Pierino Frascarolo. This impressive and intricate piece was crafted during the Mid-Century period, around the 1960's in solid yellow gold of 18 karats and depict the whimsical figure of a roaring tiger with black stripes and accents of red. The body is carefully decorated, with applications of black and red hot enamels.
Weight: 21.7 Grams, (13.91 Dwt)
Size: 7.5 and is sizeable.
Measurements: From the top view is 27 mm by 22 mm (1.06 x 0.87 Inches) and raise 15 mm over the finger.
Hallmarks: Stamped in a plaque under the head, with the maker's mark for Frascarolo, the assay marks for the gold and signed, "MODELE DEPOSE F.C. MADE IN ITALY .750 18 KT *347AL"
