This impressive and intricate piece was crafted in solid yellow gold of 18 karats and depict the whimsical figure of a roaring Tiger with black and white stripes. The entire body is carefully decorated, with applications of black, red and white hot enamels. The eyes are bezel set, with a matching pair of round cabochon cuts of natural red rubies (0.06 carats). Stamped in a plaque under the head, with the Italian marks; the maker's mark for Frascarolo. the assay hallmarks and signed, "MODELE DEPOSE F.C. MADE IN ITALY .750 18 KT *347AL".
