This rare piece was crafted during the Mid-Century period, around the 1960's in solid yellow gold of 18 karats, with accents in white gold for the diamonds settings.
The entire body is decorated, with applications of blue and white hot enamels.
Mounted, with a pave setting of 22 European round brilliant cuts diamonds, 1.10 carats, G color, VS-2/SI-1 clarity and the eyes are bezel set with a pair of round brilliants cuts of natural Burmese rubies (0.12 Ctw).
Total weight of 158.95 grams and fit a wrist up to 6.30 inches (16 Cm). The widest point measure is 33 mm (1.30 Inches).
Stamped in a plaque under the head, with the Italian hallmarks; the maker's mark for Frascarolo. the assay hallmarks and signed, "MODELE DEPOSE F.C. MADE IN ITALY .750 18 KT *AL47".
