Centered with a bezel-set round bullet cabochon natural white star moonstone (18 x 18 x 16mm; approx. 37.09 ct by formula) displaying chatoyancy/asterism. Surround set with 44 round rose-cut diamonds in inlaid prongs totaling approx. 1.44 ctw (F/G color, VS clarity), and accented with Burmese vivid red rubies: eight round cabochons in bezels totaling approx. 0.80 ctw plus 16 round cabochons in inlaid settings totaling approx. 0.32 ctw.
