This breathtaking Dolce and Gabbana necklace is an elevated piece that exudes old world elegance. The 18K Yellow Gold heart-shaped pendant which measures 1.75 long by 1.0 wide comes to life thanks to ornate metalwork, floral motifs, Black Jade accents, and a trio of inset Sapphire gemstones.
