This is a beautiful pair of doorknockers earrings, created in New York City at the jewelry atelier of David Webb, back in 1970. These doorknockers dangle earrings have been crafted in solid rich yellow gold of 18 karats with high polished finish and embellished with applications of black hot enamel. The earrings are designed in an articulated 'door knocker' motif with fluted patterns .
Weight: 58.20 Grams, (37.30 Dwt.).
Measurements: 48 mm by 28 mm (1.89 x 1.10 Inches).
Hallmarks: They are both stamped with the maker's mark, the mark for the assay of the .750/.999 gold and signed in full as follows, "DAVID WEBB ©WEBB 18 KT".
