Pave setting at the sides with, 32 round brilliant cut of vivid pink sapphires, 3.20 carats. Pave set at the counter sides, with 72 round brilliant cut diamonds, 3.15 carats, F/G color, VS-2 clarity. Has a total weight of 21.9 Grams and the actual size is 6, sizeable. The top view measurements are 25mm by 22mm. Stamped, with the maker's mark, the Italian hallmark for the assay of the gold and signed, "MG .750". Very good conditions. Upon Request, Auction House may provide an appraisal.
