Retro-modernist brooch by Chaumet, Paris, circa 1970, with four sculptural fluted and twisted elements. Crafted in solid 18K yellow gold and natural translucent green chrysoprase cabochon. Measures 38 x 35 mm (1.50 x 1.38 in), weighing 25.45 grams. Fitted with hinged double pin bars and trombone lock; also wearable as a pendant. Stamped with French eagle assay marks, maker’s mark “JC,” and signed “CHAUMET PARIS.” Very good conditions. All our diamonds and colored gemstones are naturally earth-mined.
