This exceptionally rare Art Deco desk clock, crafted by the prestigious jewelry house Chaumet in Paris in 1925, is a stunning example of the period's design. Made from polished silver-plated steel, it features intricate geometric patterns, carved black onyx, and brownish agate, with Arabic numerals on the dial decorated in egg-shell lacquer. Weighing approximately 4 pounds (1.82 kg) and measuring 230 x 140 x 102 mm (9.05 x 5.5 x 4.03 inches), the clock is in perfect condition with a fully functional movement.
