Rare long arrow jabot pin, created during the Edwardian period. This beautiful piece was made in Paris France by the jewelry house of Cartier back in the early 20th century, circa 1905. It was carefully crafted in two parts made up of solid platinum and accents in yellow gold of 18 karats. The jabot is embellished with a very fine selection of forty natural earth mined gemstones mounted in millegrain settings. Diamonds: Mounted in millegrain settings, with 22 old rose cut diamonds, 0.36 carats, G/H color, SI-1 clarity. Rubies: Mounted in millegrain settings, with 18 calibre French squared and rectangular cuts of natural vivid red rubies, with a total of 0.58 carats. Weight: 5.30 Grams, (3.40 Dwt). Measurements: 83 mm by 9 mm (3.25 x 0.35 Inches). Hallmarks Stamped with French marks, the maker's mark and signed twice, "CARTIER PARIS".

Very good conditions. Upon Request, Auction House may provide an appraisal. This will carry an additional cost. Appraisals are made by our in house GIA certified Gemologist.
