Cartier Brooch crafted in solid 18k yellow Gold, set with a Lapis Lazuli sphere Embellished with different figures made from 18k Gold (heart, clove, dots, flowers, half-moon). Stamp: "CARTIER ITALY" with serial number. Weight: 19.0 grams. Daimeter: 1.70 inches.
