This elegant modernist ring, created by Cartier in 1970, exemplifies the craftsmanship of the renowned Parisian jewelry house. Meticulously crafted in solid 18-karat yellow gold with a textured finish, it features intricate twisted rope patterns and navy blue glass enamel accents in the lower relief areas. Weighing 4.75 grams (3.05 dwt), the ring measures 5 mm in width, rises 2.5 mm above the finger, and is sized at 5.75, with the option for resizing using a spring-sizer upon request.
