Vintage piece created by the house of Bvlgari in the shape of an stylized fish and crafted in solid 18 karats of yellow and white gold.

Set with 21 round brilliant cut diamonds (0.22 Ctw, E, VS-2) and one round cabochon cut of a red ruby (.03 Cts).
