This is a beautiful pair of sculptural clips-on earrings, created in Brazil with concretism art parameters by the artist-jeweler Haroldo Burle Marx, back in the 1970. These artistic earrings are gorgeous and has been carefully crafted with free forms shapes as left and ring, in solid yellow gold of 18 karats and finished with a delicate Florentine brush. Amethysts: Mount in bezel settings, with 2 fancy Forma Livre cabochon cuts (20 x 14 x 10 mm) of carved from natural Brazilian purple amethysts. Weight: 19.75 Grams, (16.80 Dwt). Hallmarks They are both stamped with the designer's mark, the goldsmith maker's mark, the mark for the assay and warranty of the 18Kt gold and signed in full as follows, "BURLE MARX .750".
