Beautiful early Beney pocket petrol lighter, made in London, England circa 1919–1926 (Art Deco era), designed by Robert Ernest Beney for The Beney Lighter Company. First-model large size example with the patented hinged windshield and lateral ignition wheel, finely executed in silver-plated brass (original finish) and wrapped in period genuine lizard leather. Serial 3503; excellent original condition with no repairs and properly tested. Weight 60.6 grams (38.85 dwt); 56 x 44 x 17 mm (2.20 x 1.75 x 0.67 inches). Note: This Beney pocket petrol lighter is empty of any flammable, gas or butane substances and is ready to be ship by any carrier. This lighter just need a new flint and proper lighter fluid.
